Important Dates:
Abstract Submission Deadline: October 1, 2024
Notification of Acceptance: October 21, 2024
Draft Presentation Slides Deadline: November 22, 2024
Approval of Draft Presentation Slides: December 13, 2024
Final Presentation Slides Deadline: January 15, 2025
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be submitted by October 1, 2024, via email to meechai@asiabrake.org or through the conference website.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance by October 21, 2024.
- Accepted authors must submit draft presentation slides by November 22, 2024, for review by the technical committee.
- Final presentation slides must be submitted by January 15, 2025, following approval of the draft slides.

Authors who deliver a presentation at the AsiaBrake Conference and Exhibition 2025 will receive a $75 USD discount on their conference registration fees.
